Hello!
About Me
I support individuals who are seeking inner calm, relief, a sense of balance, and a deeper connection with themselves — especially when the strategies that once worked no longer do. In my work, I also integrate hypnotherapy, using the power of your subconscious mind to unlock your natural capacity for change.
I believe that every person carries a unique story. Together, we explore its meaning, direction, and possibilities, helping you build a life that feels aligned with your values and needs.
During psychological consultations, I use evidence-based techniques that focus on what is happening in the present moment. I help you clarify realistic goals and take practical steps toward meaningful change.
In my work, I combine:
Third-wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Solution-Focused Therapy
Systemic Therapy (in couples work)
I am committed to ongoing professional development through specialist training, and I regularly engage in clinical supervision. I have also completed my own personal therapy, which has deepened my understanding of the client’s perspective.
In our sessions, I create a space of acceptance, attentiveness, and understanding. I support you in reconnecting with your emotions, your body, and your intuition.
If you’re ready to pause, reflect, and move forward in a way that feels more aligned, I’d be glad to support you.
I work online in Polish, Spanish, and English.

Beyond My Work
In my free time, I enjoy learning foreign languages — I’m currently studying French, with Italian next on my list. I feel happiest by the sea, spending time with the people close to me, and discovering new places — especially those with great food and good coffee.
I love dancing, especially salsa and bachata, and one of my dreams is to learn tango in Argentina.
I’m guided by two simple mottos: “Life is about change” and “You can have everything — just not all at once.” They remind me to stay open and patient, and help me move through life with a little more lightness.

I Support People Who:
experience ongoing stress and tension
struggle with anxiety, panic attacks, or a persistent sense of inner unease
face low self-esteem or harsh self-criticism
carry difficult past experiences that continue to affect their daily lives
feel overwhelmed, lost, or disconnected from their needs and emotions
experience low mood or find that things no longer bring them joy
have difficulty building or maintaining fulfilling relationships
