Psychological Support for Individuals and Couples

“In life, there is nothing to fear, only to understand.” – Marie Curie

I am a psychologist who accompanies individuals and couples on their journey toward emotional well-being. I offer individual and couples sessions, including online consultations for those living abroad, drawing on my personal experience as a migrant to understand the challenges that arise both inside and outside the therapy room.

My approach integrates third-wave therapies, mindfulness, and Nonviolent Communication, helping individuals connect with their inner resources, grow authentically, and find balance in life. With couples, I work from an integrative and respectful perspective, strengthening communication, mutual understanding, and emotional connection. I also offer an innovative duo-therapist format, where two therapists work together to support the relationship from multiple perspectives, creating a safe and balanced space for both partners.

I work with evidence-based methods, including:

  • Third-Wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT),
  • Solution-Focused Therapy, Nonviolent Communication (NVC),
  • Systemic Therapy for couples.

Sessions are available in Spanish, English, and Polish, tailored to your needs and context.

Every step toward self-knowledge is a step toward a fuller life. I am here to accompany you on that journey.

As Carl Gustav Jung said:
“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens.”

Every day I look for something new: my life motto is “Feel the fear and do it anyway.” That’s why I approach everything with curiosity and a desire to learn.

I’m passionate about dancing: flamenco, salsa, and bachata allow me to feel and express deep emotions, enjoy the energy of music, and fully live in the moment. I also have fun playing padel, which keeps me active and joyful.

I practice yoga, study the work of Carl Gustav Jung, and explore the hidden corners of Andalusia, a place I carry in my heart: its culture, nature, and the Spanish language, which I deeply love.

I also seek the thrill of extreme sports: skydiving, paragliding, or losing myself in the Amazon jungle. Each adventure teaches me courage, mindfulness, and confidence, showing me life from completely new perspectives.
